Per the terms of exit from the Blues, Pochettino can freely join a national team without compensation within six months of leaving the West London side. While the FA are open to appointing a non-English manager as their new head coach, their preference reportedly lies with British coaches, according to The Telegraph. The 52-year-old manager could also be enticed to move to the US considering the next World Cup in 2026 will be hosted in North America.
